Blenheim Gallery Sculpture Garden Exhibitions 2025

Blenheim Gallery is pleased to announce a dynamic exhibition program in the Sculpture Garden for this year. Throughout 2026, the gallery will present a series of sculpture exhibitions, carefully scheduled to coincide with the commencement of interior exhibitions. Each outdoor show will remain on display for two months, providing ample opportunity for visitors to explore and appreciate the diverse works in a natural setting.

John Topfer: Opening Exhibition

The exhibition program will open with the work of John Topfer, marking his debut solo exhibition at Blenheim Gallery. Topfer’s sculptures are predominantly crafted from steel, with finishes that include powder coating, painting, and corten treatments. His distinctive approach to materials and finishes promises a striking introduction to the year’s program.

Artist Background

John Topfer brings a wealth of experience to this exhibition, having previously held solo shows in Canberra and Amsterdam. His work has also featured in group exhibitions across Canberra, Sydney, the NSW Southern Highlands, and Melbourne. Now based in rural Tasmania, Topfer’s sculptures are deeply influenced by their surrounding landscape, seamlessly integrating with the outdoor environment of the Sculpture
